About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and execution-driven Business Executive with a finance background to support our leadership team in managing operations, deal execution, and financial activities within the digital asset industry.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and business strategy — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end execution across decks, deals, trades, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Executive Support

  • Prepare professional presentation decks, investment materials, and reports for internal reviews and external partners.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as exchanges, counterparties, and financial institutions.

2. Financial Operations & Analysis

  • Oversee trade operations, PnL tracking, and financial consolidation across multiple entities or portfolios.
  • Support treasury activities — including settlements, reconciliations, and fund movements.
  • Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking to support business decisions.

3. Deal Execution & Strategic Projects

  • Drive execution across business initiatives — from deal evaluation to closing documentation.
  • Consolidate and manage project pipelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or business execution, preferably within crypto / fintech / trading firms.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset markets, trading operations, and financial products.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling, reporting, and presentation building).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in exchange, brokerage, or fund operations.
  • Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, wallets, custody, and settlement workflows.
  • Prior exposure to digital asset trading, investment, or treasury management.
