Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Remarks: Please note that while we are in the financial sector, this role is not a sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's daily schedule, including calendar planning, meeting coordination, and appointment setting across business and personal commitments
  • Handle all communications (calls, emails, messages) with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Verify and authenticate marketing campaigns leads
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for both business and personal trips
  • Assist in the planning and preparation for business meetings, events, and engagements, occasionally attending when necessary
  • Manage all administrative and back-office functions, including daily operations
  • Provide prompt and flexible support to the Director, including assistance with ad hoc task as needed

Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably within the Management industry.
  • Undergraduates are welcome to apply . However, candidates must demonstrate a high level of meticulousness in a fast pace environment as part of the assessment process
  • Proven track record in managing calendars, coordinating travel, overseeing office administration, supporting marketing initiatives, and handling a broad range of administrative duties
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrates maturity and confidence in working and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision, even in ambiguous situations
  • Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity while consistently meeting team expectations
