HR Executive

- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth company workflow.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including coordination of probation, confirmation, and annual review exercises.
- Maintain accurate employee data and records in the HR system, and prepare monthly attendance and manpower reports.
- Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and compliance with MOM, CPF, and IRAS requirements.
- Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, internal audits, and continuous process improvement.
- Uphold company policies and operational standards, and perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced service or logistics environment.
- Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR systems.
- Strong organizational and people skills, with attention to detail and discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively across functions.
