Marketing and Content Creator

We're looking for a creative and self-driven Marketing and Content Creator who can think out of the box and create meaningful visual connections with our audience.

If you live and breathe social media, have a knack for turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping stories, and can independently shoot, edit, and design content that connects with people — this role is for you.

You'll be the driving force behind our social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and XiaoHongShu, helping us inspire confidence and grow our brand presence through authentic storytelling, engaging visuals, and impactful campaigns.

Beyond content creation, you'll also support our marketing campaigns and events to strengthen brand awareness and engagement both online and offline.

Core Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos and photos for social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
• Create and design static posts, stories, and social assets aligned with Caring Skin's brand voice and aesthetics
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, including copywriting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Stay on top of social trends, challenges, and trending topics to create relevant and timely content
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer relations) to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms
• Support the Marketing team in campaigns, launches, and events — from ideation to execution and post-event coverage

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or videography (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent) and photo editing/design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience managing social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, XiaoHongShu) and understanding their algorithms and audience behavior
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive — able to plan shoots, edit content, and deliver quality work with minimal supervision
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for creative captions and brand storytelling
• Interest in beauty and skincare is a plus
