This is a high-impact, sales-driven leadership role for experienced marketing professionals who can strategise, execute, and deliver measurable results consistently.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, fast, and thrives in high-pressure, outcome-driven environments. You are expected to take full ownership of campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and content creation to posting, optimisation, and performance tracking.

This is not a talk-only position. We are looking for decisive executors who can lead, build, and deliver without needing constant direction. If you are not serious about performance, this role is not for you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and own full-funnel digital marketing strategies and campaigns with clear sales targets and accountability for results.
  • Plan, build, and execute high-performance campaigns using AI tools, data insights, and strong marketing fundamentals.
  • Manage the end-to-end process — from asset creation (copy, visuals, videos, ads) to posting, optimisation, and performance reporting.
  • Create and optimise top-tier content efficiently across multiple digital platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Leverage data strategically to analyse performance, adapt quickly, and drive conversion and growth.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
  • Manage ad-hoc marketing projects decisively, ensuring quality and deadlines are met without compromising impact.
  • Continuously innovate, staying ahead of AI tools, digital trends, and new platforms to maintain a competitive marketing edge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering strong sales and growth outcomes.
  • Hands-on expertise in campaign execution — from strategy through to publishing and reporting.
  • Strong command of AI marketing tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, automation platforms) and the ability to integrate them into daily workflows.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional execution power - able to lead and do, not just delegate.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Highly accountable, fast, adaptable, and relentless about achieving results.
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
