Job description

  • Handle/review full set of accounts (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger), including journal entries, balance sheet, profit & loss and other reporting schedules.
  • Preparation of year-end financial statements and tax computation.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budgets and monthly update of forecast.
  • Systemize and digitalize the past years accounting/tax records and minutes books.
  • Provide ideas to improve the accounting process and procedures.
  • Liaise with bankers, prepare bank instructions, fund transfers and process online payments.
  • Perform and provide the analysis and interpretation of financial results/performance.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent and corporate secretary for all the statutory reporting in Singapore as well as overseas.
  • Assist in various ad hoc finance projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Possess accountancy degree or ACCA or professional qualification equivalent
  • At least 6 years working experience in accounting and finance
  • Good working knowledge of accounting standards
  • Solid hands-on experience in preparing full set of accounts
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working attitude, positive mindset, meticulous and a lot of initiatives.
  • Familiar with Navision will be advantage
  • Immediate availability will be preferred
