We're Hiring: Finance Assistant (Part-Time / Internship)

Join our growing team as a Part-Time Finance Assistant (Part-Time / Internship) We're looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role is open to fresh graduates/ individual available to commit to a regular schedule as stated above.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Issue invoices and receipts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle accounts receivable, including tracking and following up with students for timely payments as per their instalment plans
  • Check the receipt of payments from students and confirm it to respective students, suppliers, and internal office staff as needed
  • Assist with data entry and maintain proper records of transactions
  • Provide general support to the finance team as needed
  • Undertake other duties as directed by the management team

Job Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with no prior experience are welcome

Part-Time Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
