This is a hybrid role that blends sales, operations, and hands-on woodworking — ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, staying organised, and getting their hands dirty with real craftsmanship.

You'll be:


• Selling and advising on our furniture pieces


• Managing daily operations and deliveries


• Helping with wood refinishing, simple woodworking, and quality control

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience


• Welcome walk-in customers and understand their needs (seating size, wood preference, budget)


• Recommend suitable slabs and table legs, confidently close sales


• Guide customers through the ordering and payment process


• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp and showroom CRM


• Build strong product knowledge — become an expert in wood species, sizes, finishes

Showroom Operations


• Maintain a clean, styled showroom


• Update price tags, stock info, and assist in product displays


• Prep showroom for shoots, events, and client appointments

Delivery & Fulfilment


• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with our team


• Liaise with customers for timing, access, and delivery arrangements


• Perform quality checks before delivery, track and resolve issues if any

Hands-On Woodworking & Refinishing


• Learn the basics of refinishing slabs using oils and sanding tools


• Assist with simple woodworking tasks such as leg installation and adjustments


• Participate in quality control before products go out


• Perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and seeing the final product come together

Who We're Looking For


• Friendly, proactive, and responsible


• Strong communication skills — written and spoken


• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and online platforms


• Enjoys hands-on tasks and has a strong eye for detail


• Physically fit enough to assist during deliveries and installations


• Willing to work retail hours and weekends (off-days will be on weekdays)

Bonus if you have:


• Experience in furniture, interior design, or showroom retail


• Interest or experience in woodworking, carpentry, or DIY

Compensation & Benefits


• Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,600/month
