About the role
JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES' is seeking a motivated Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in the Singapore General Hospital Central Region, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehousing, storage and distribution operations.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day logistics activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistics-related issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of warehousing, storage, and distribution best practices
- Familiarity with the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry
