RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide pre-sales service to customers and follow up on sales enquiries

- Prepare quotation to customers

- Process and manage sales order from order-entry to billing to customer

- Liase with customers and supplier on the delivery schedule, shipment arrangement and documents preparation.

- Customer complaints and claims follow up

- Provide order and revenue reports per management request

- Sales and administrative support to Sales Department

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics

- 3 years relevant order management experience. Less working experience will be considered

- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

- Some knowledge of any ERP system, SAP experience will be an advantage

- Good written and communication skill

- Customer Service oriented with positive attitude
