
Customer Support Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Full scope of Order management duties (including placement of orders in System, coordination with Outbound department and customers on shipments etc)
- Management of parts and accessories (including monthly stocktake and shipment of parts)
- General administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Work and manage distributors to collaborate and win business
- Developing process to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Conducting tests with our system according to customers’ requirements
- Documenting of these tests for future and explanation to customers, if necessary
**Requirements**:
- A Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer services, logistics or warehousing
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Working knowledge of M3 system and proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
