Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential new customers and manage the sales pipeline
- Analyze market competition and market trends to gather insights on possible opportunities in the market
- Compile and present industry trends and data on a quarterly basis to develop and implement annual strategic sales plan
- Manage new sales activities to maximize revenue opportunity
- Prepare and manage all documentations required for requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Present and negotiate to win and manage within approved plans and budgets
- Partner with Operations to manage client relations and new outlets opening
- Collaborate the activities between business development and marketing teams to develop campaign for new and existing customers
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales & marketing
- Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities
- Effective interpersonal, negotiation and excellent presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
