  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,600 per month

  • Provide secretarial and administrative duties to Director.

  • Organize and manage the director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and act as a liaison with internal and external

stakeholders.

  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on key points.
  • Maintain confidential files and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Support ongoing tasks and track project deadlines.
  • Assist with personal errands and general office administrative duties.
  • Handle all matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Any other job assignment as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Human Resource or

related fields.

  • MUST be proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (optional) communication.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as a personal or executive assistant.
  • Willing to travel for work.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking

ability.

  • High sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability.
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Will be based in Singapore.
