We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include purchasing, receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with general warehouse tasks. If you are organized, efficient, and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:-

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying their accuracy and ensuring proper documentation

  • Unload, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations

  • Prepare orders for project, packing, and labeling items

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse to optimize space utilization

  • Assist sales to find suitable products and place orders

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and fulfill customer orders promptly

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:-

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Assistant or similar role is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in basic computer operations and inventory management software

  • Knowledge of proper warehouse safety procedures

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
