Job Responsibilities & duties:
· Receiving & Inspection
· Unload, check, and record incoming goods against delivery orders.
· Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.
· Storage & Inventory Management
· Label, organize, and store goods in the designated warehouse areas.
· Assist in conducting regular stock counts and cycle checks.
· Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
· Order Picking & Packing
· Pick and pack items according to order requirements.
· Ensure accuracy and proper packaging before dispatch.
· Dispatch & Delivery Support
· Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
· Assist in loading goods onto delivery vehicles safely.
· Warehouse Organization & Housekeeping
· Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
· Ensure walkways and storage areas are clear of obstructions.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor / manager.
Qualifications:
· Nitec / Diploma
Requirements:
· Able to commit to OT on weekdays / weekends
· Know basic computer skills (sending of email, excel, data entry)
· Preferably with 1 year experience.
· Forklift license is preferred but not essential.
· Must be physically fit, hardworking and a good team player.
