Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift to load, unload, and organize goods safely (valid forklift license required).
  • Manage inventory using internal systems; ensure accurate stock movement and records.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and fulfilling online orders.
  • Plan and arrange daily driver delivery routes for timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
  • Ensure frozen and chiller storage areas are clean, properly labeled, and well-maintained.
  • Support incoming goods inspection and proper storage procedures.
  • Work closely with the admin teams on stock planning and daily logistics.
  • Liaise with suppliers to request quotations, follow up on deliveries, or resolve issues.
  • Source and research for new suppliers or materials when needed.
  • Assist with purchase orders, procurement follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Provide general operations support across departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift license (compulsory).
  • Experience with inventory management systems and basic logistics processes.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., Excel, order tracking, purchase forms).
  • Physically fit – must be able to lift heavy objects and handle warehouse duties.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, while being a team player.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, procurement, or operations support is preferred.
