About the role
As a Production Technician at Betzler (Asia) Consortium Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. This full-time position is based in the North-East Region and will involve hands-on work with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.
What you'll be doing
- Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to manufacture high-quality products
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimise downtime
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure all production activities adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
- Assist with the training and development of junior production technicians
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a production technician or in a similar manufacturing role
- Technical expertise in operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment and machinery
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
