Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly of complex wire harnesses and multi-conductor cables (coax, twin-ax, tri-ax, power, flat), following drawings, pick tickets, and instructions.
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and machines such as power screwdrivers, soldering irons, crimpers and heat guns to support production.
  • Clean parts before use, identify wires using color codes, and participate in first-time production runs for new products.
  • Support inventory activities including cycle counts, material handling, and transactions according to established procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and maintain productive teamwork and communication within the production team.
  • Meet daily production output and quality standards while performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
