Job Description
- Coordinate unit handover / key collection appointments with the Purchaser(s) or their authorized representative(s).
- Disseminate the finalized daily appointments schedule to all relevant parties (i.e. Project Dept, Main Contractor, Property Services, Managing Agent and Concierge).
- Perform general administration duties.
Requirements
- 'O' level and above.
- Prefer with experience in customer service or telemarketing, and capable of responding to simple email inquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Knowledge of mail merge and VLOOKUP functions will be advantageous.
