About the role
Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity? Jack Cars Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time Admin Assistant to join our team based in Ubi, East Region. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our growing business, contributing to our operations' overall efficiency and smooth running.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying and archiving
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails, and directing queries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining and updating various administrative records and databases
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year's experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
