Customer Service Advisor – Automotive Workshop

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily intake of cars for servicing and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Uphold the company's service standards and professional image at all times.
  • Support and motivate front counter staff to maintain positive teamwork and service levels.
  • Assist in achieving service targets through action plans and customer engagement.
  • Manage administrative tasks including warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, and invoice closing.
  • Prepare quotations as required and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive higher VOC (Voice of Customer) scores through proactive service and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive service centre / workshop / customer service preferred.
