  • Identify new leads, drive sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and support premium customer sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B and premium customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee order processing, coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze sales data/feedback, and support targeted promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with retail sales teams, mentor new members, and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably premium segment).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with proven success in managing B2B and premium customers.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools & sales analytics with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
