Drive sales and business development for premium customers, manage key B2B relationships, support daily operations, analyze market trends, and collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
An established and leading MNC in housing and water products, known for premium brands, innovative designs, and solutions that enhance everyday home comfort and hygiene.
- Identify new leads, drive sales negotiations, prepare proposals, and support premium customer sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong B2B and premium customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee order processing, coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Monitor industry trends, analyze sales data/feedback, and support targeted promotional campaigns.
- Partner with retail sales teams, mentor new members, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably premium segment).
- Strong relationship-building skills with proven success in managing B2B and premium customers.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & sales analytics with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
