Key Responsibility :

  • Achieve procurement objectives for upstream resources, focusing on cost efficiency, product quality, and timely delivery.
  • Drive new supplier development and expand sourcing channels to strengthen the company's supply base.
  • Negotiate and establish long-term supply agreements in line with company standards and operational goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers that meet organizational requirements.
  • Oversee supplier management activities, including contract negotiation, execution, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct annual assessments and grading of preferred suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and service expectations.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor key metrics such as delivery performance and product quality.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in international or project-based procurement.
  • Experience in the upstream segment of the new energy industry is preferred — particularly in sourcing minerals or chemical products from USA/China/Korea.
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
