The Job
The position holder is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. They will directly work with customers to answer their queries or provide additional support where needed. They will have to ensure customer service requests and payments are acted upon, processed, and recorded accurately and in a timely manner. The Customer Service Administrator is expected to provide excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What You Can Expect of the Job
- You'll manage all incoming calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general customer concerns.
- You'll liaise and coordinate with our factory and customers on orders and shipments.
- You'll build trust and sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
- You'll accept and register customers' feedback in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- You'll handle incoming calls from customers pertaining to enquiries on spare parts / after-sales servicing appointments / warranties.
- You'll handle complaints, identify technical issues raised by customers over the phone, and provide first-level technical troubleshooting support and/or arrange technicians to perform onsite inspection/repair, if required.
- You'll carry out all administrative duties related to after-sales services (tax invoice, delivery order, letter of credit) and daily stock check of spare parts.
- You'll assist in export market data entry, documentation, and claims processing.
- Any other duties as assigned.
What We Expect of You
- Diploma/Nitec in Business or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Proven customer support experience / as a customer service representative.
- Experience with basic technical support for refrigerators (over-the-phone support) will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, managing stakeholders of all levels, both internal and external.
- Meticulous and good organisational skills.
- A team player, patient, empathetic and passionately communicative.
