Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Corporate Communications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Media Communications: Craft compelling stories/ press releases, managing media interviews, and building strong relationships with journalists
  • Speech Writing: Support the team in crafting strong speeches for various leadership engagements
  • Infographic Visuals/Short videos: Creation of visually engaging content – easy-to-understand infographics for articles or even videos for website or social media to strengthen NDCS' reputation and positioning in the oral health landscape
  • Projects & Stakeholder management: Manage and support projects or events and work closely with stakeholders
  • Branding – ensure consistent corporate identity and branding
  • Support administrative duties including procurement, minutes writing, and any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism or related disciplines with a flair and passion for writing and content creation
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferred, and healthcare experience is an advantage
  • Good command of English and strong writing skills with a creative flair and ability to distil complex topics into accessible and visually meaningful content
  • Adept at project management and able to drive multi-faceted projects with good outcomes and by set deadlines
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Proficient with basic content creation and editing tools (eg Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Pro, Capcut)
