As a Senior/Assistant Executive, Communication (Healthcare industry), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Source and procure services and supplies, including raising purchase requisitions, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, manage digital records, and oversee office equipment maintenance, asset tagging, and disposal.
  • Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure efficient time management.
  • Oversee corporate branding initiatives, including reviewing name card applications, managing corporate gift inventory, and sourcing branded materials.
  • Update and maintain digital platforms such as TV screens and poster walls, coordinating maintenance and installations as needed.
  • Process volunteer applications, prepare event materials, and provide administrative support for volunteer programs.
  • Assist in organizing corporate visits and events, handling logistics and coordination.
  • Support facility-related projects, including permit applications and supervision of installations.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in administration and/or project coordination roles
