What You'll Do
- Support leadership engagement: Assist in organising impactful townhalls, walkabouts, and fireside chats, coordinating logistics and managing follow-up actions to ensure engagement sessions run smoothly and outcomes are tracked.
- Execute strategic communications: Craft compelling speeches, memos, and content for leadership platforms that inspire confidence, drive change management, and strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Celebrate excellence: Partner with HR and SingHealth Group Communications to design and execute high-profile awards ceremonies and recognition programmes that instil pride and showcase SGH as a world-class workplace.
- Build stakeholder relationships: Proactively engage internal departments to identify opportunities that support their objectives through integrated communications, demonstrating the strategic value of communications in achieving organisational goals.
- Develop integrated campaigns: Produce innovative content across multiple platforms—from videos to infographics—that effectively convey key messages and enhance SGH's profile both internally and externally.
- Be involved in special projects: Manage complex communications initiatives from concept to execution, including cross-institutional events and campaigns that advance our vision of pioneering healthcare innovations.
What You Bring
A degree preferably in Communications or Marketing or Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent command of English with proven writing expertise for publications and editorials.
- Demonstrated project and events management skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, digital engagement tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking abilities, and a confident, creative, and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
