As a Corporate Admin Executive, you will:
- Support Daily Operations: Handle key administrative tasks for corporate services, ensuring seamless and professional delivery.
- Government Filings: Oversee and submit filings to ACRA, IRAS, IPOS, and other relevant agencies.
- BizFile Expertise: Manage BizFile transactions with precision and compliance.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, organise mail, and ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects to support overall team success.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment:
- Experience: At least 1 year in corporate secretarial or administrative roles.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent qualifications in corporate services.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Chinese (simplified and Traditional) character typing and reading proficiency is required
Skills & Tools:
Familiarity with BizFile, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing is a bonus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SAICSA, ATP, AIA) are highly valued but not essential.
- Proactive and self-motivated individuals who can work independently.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
- A professional, adaptable approach and a commitment to quality work.
