Responsibilities:

  • Set up appointments and coordinate meetings (in-person and virtual), including issuing calendar invites
  • Assist with conflict clearances and matter openings
  • Handle filing and service of documents via e-Litigation
  • Conduct court searches and assist with legal research
  • Support billing processes, including issuing bills and using e-billing systems
  • Perform general legal secretarial and administrative support for the team

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in a disputes or litigation practice
  • Strong calendar scheduling and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with e-Litigation systems and procedures
  • Experience with e-billing systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor with discretion in handling confidential matters
