Job Responsibilities:

· To attend enquiries of machinery breakdown, local and overseas.

· To administer a procedure of equipment breakdown and follow-up actions.

· To liaise and report to factory on the machinery breakdown.

· To convey solution on machinery breakdown to buyers and end users.

· To co-ordinate and attend product warranties and claims.

· To source suppliers local and overseas of spare parts at regular intervals to update price information and inventory.

· To ensure the maintenance and upkeep of fleet of machinery and premises in showroom condition.

· To ensure the inventory control of spare parts/components to support the rental and sales of machinery in Singapore market.

· To liaise maintenance schedule for aftersales staff to buyers and end-users in Singapore.

· To ensure proper documentation for ISO procedures and statutory requirements.

· Service-oriented and ensure customers/end-users receive a good buying experience.

Requirements:

· At least 2 years of experience in similar industry.

· Initiative and self-driven to achieve Group's objectives.

· Proactive in identifying market opportunities and problem-solving.

· Proficient in English and Mandarin, including local dialects.

· Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery is an added advantage.

· Able to communicate with all levels of people, verbal and written.

· Keenness to listen and a team-player.

· Willingness to travel.
