Responsibilities

  • Receive and analyze client RFQs and tenders, providing technical clarifications when required.
  • Request and review supplier quotations, ensuring accuracy of specifications and compliance.
  • Prepare competitive offers and proposals for clients.
  • Acknowledge and process client purchase orders.
  • Plan and prepare site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site work with service engineers and workers.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, run tests, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Liaise with international manufacturers to resolve technical matters.
  • Develop and define on-site work procedures.
  • Write detailed and illustrated service reports following site assignments, ensuring validation with clients.
  • Participate in Site Acceptance Tests with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate, updated documentation for after-sales projects.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and partners locally and overseas to ensure project follow-up.
  • Trigger invoicing and formally close projects after completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Candidates with strong network in pharmaceutical industry is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willing to perform troubleshooting and coordination on-site in the West
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
