The Company
Our client is a renowned infrastructure and logistic company with global presence across 25 countries. They are currently recruiting for a driven Regional BD Manager to drive M&A activities and business expansion for their continuous growth plan in the Middle East and South Asia region. This is a strategic business partnering role working directly with c-suit stakeholders.
The RoleReporting to the CFO and Head of Business Development, you will be taking charge of end-to-end M&A deals and business development and investment opportunity across the Middle East and South Asia market.. You will be highly involved in market research, industry analysis, due diligence and building financial models. Working closely with C-Suit senior stakeholders to perform business reviews and support strategic business plans and investment decisions. This role may require travelling of 10-30% in the region.
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate, you must be
- Degree qualified in Economics/Finance/Accountancy. CFA/CPA will be a plus.
- At least 6-8 years of M&A, corporate finance experience.
- Prior experience in infrastructure/Logistic/Engineering with regional exposure is highly preferred.
- Preferred candidate who has worked with joint-venture partners as well.
- Additionally, strong communication skills is required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.
