The client is a leading global IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company, committed to sustainable technology lifecycle solutions across more than 20 countries. Their APAC operations are growing rapidly, and they are seeking a high-caliber professional to support the APAC President in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance tracking
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data
  • Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders
  • Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system improvements
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement and regional alignment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; candidates with advanced degrees or international exposure are a plus
  • At least minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
  • Proven ability to work in data-driven environments, with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural settings
