Job Responsibilities:
New Business Development
o Prospect and identify potential new clients to grow the company IoT business portfolio.
o Conduct market research and establish relationships with new clients.
Client Retention & Account Management
o Present new products and services and strengthen existing relationships.
o Collaborate with technical and internal teams to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
o Organize and participate in client meetings, reviews and debriefs to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
Business Development Planning
o Present the company at industry events, associations and conferences, share insights on market trends and opportunities.
o Identify and develop new service offering, campaigns, and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
o Analyze competitors and market landscape to strengthen the company's unique value propositions and differentiators.
Management and Research
o Develop sales forecasts and ensure operational teams achieve set targets.
o Track and monitor account activity, providing support to close deals and achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing Communications, Electronic and Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in IT communications, business development, public relations, or events management.
· Strong business acumen in IoT, with provide ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
· Willingness to travel overseas.
· Self-motivated, creative, resourceful, and result-oriented with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and cross departments.
