  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 Basic Salary + Commission (Average monthly up to $2,000) + AWS + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conversion of leads from assigned channels
  • Provide sales report on leads generation and conversion
  • Attend to customer's rental needs while maintain service quality
  • Ensure customer engagement within company's policy and guidelines
  • Monitoring of weekly rental payment status to minimize the possibility of bad debts
  • Participation and follow through on social media campaigns and promotions
  • Ad-hoc admin matters

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • 2 years of experience in car rental is preferred or B2C sales environment
  • Basic Microsoft Words/Excel
  • Possess Class 3/3A license is preferred
