Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and offline/online marketing plans to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including motorshows, product launches, and major brand events.
  • Oversee creation and management of marketing content across website, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Handle media relations, prepare press materials, and work with Public Relation agencies to secure positive coverage.
  • Guide and supervise junior marketing staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, dealers, and external partners to align marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and present reports to senior management.
  • Support dealer marketing activities with toolkits, localized campaigns, and event coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, preferably within an MNC of similar scale, with a proven track record in driving impactful online and offline campaigns and events.
