About the Roles

We are seeking a Shipping Executive to join a leading food manufacturing company based in Jurong West. This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular Monday to Friday work schedule from 8.00am to 5.00pm. The role offers a competitive salary of up to $3,000 per month, along with variable bonus and a transport allowance of $90. This opportunity provides stability and work-life balance within a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle all shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance for import and export activities.
  • Prepare essential shipping documents including Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, and FTA applications.
  • Manage vessel and container bookings, coordinating schedules to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Oversee loading operations and liaise closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
  • Issue and distribute all shipping-related documentation to customers promptly.
  • Carry out additional shipping or administrative duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant shipping experience.
  • Solid understanding of shipping documentation processes and FTA certificate applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
