Summary:

The Commercial Pricing Executive is responsible for pricing in-flight catering offerings and services to aviation customers in line with company pricing strategy to maximize profit margins. This role reports to Manager, Commercial Pricing, supporting Head of Commercial.

Responsibilities

  • :Serve as customers' key point of contact for pricing and costing related matters for assigned customer account
  • sManage and set prices on a tactical day-to-day basis with the application of company pricing strategy to maximize profit margin
  • sGenerate data for customer P&L template and providing analysis for management approva
  • lResponsible for improving profit margin to achieve target EBI
  • TProvide accurate price quotation and cost analysis for RFQ, RFIs and RFPs to achieve timely submissio
  • nPerform/supervise price maintenance for internal billing system and external customer portals during cycle change
  • sValidating the accuracy of Bill of Materials of SKUs with culinary product knowledge on preparation, cooking and packaging yield losse
  • sMaintain an accurate cost database of current and proposed SKU
  • sTake initiative to work with culinary and purchasing teams to recommend menu changes for cost-effective value offerings during menu cycle change
  • sWork with operational and production teams to verify time motion studies to determine labour cos
  • tProvide quotations for adhoc private jet/chartered flight
  • sMonthly reporting of internal cost transfer for adhoc event
  • sPerforms other relevant duties, as assigne

Qualification**

  • s:Recognized Degree graduate in any discipli
  • neAt least 2-3 years of working experience in Aviation/Food & Beverage/Manufacturing industry preferr
  • edNumerically inclined and quick with mathematical calculatio
  • nsExcellent communication skills with experience in customer account manageme
  • ntStrong culinary and production knowled
  • geStrong knowledge of operational workflow and process
  • esStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP syste
  • msPossess initiative in solving problems and a fast learn
