  • 3 years contract, $4000 + AWS + VB
  • Location: Clementi / Six Avenue (need to rotate between 2 office)

Job Description

  • Manage corporate and external events on campus, ensuring KPIs and smooth delivery.
  • Plan, organise, and implement events, including venue sourcing, logistics, catering, and vendor management.
  • Prepare detailed action plans, briefing notes, and stage scripts; conduct rehearsals and briefings.
  • Handle communications such as enquiries, RSVPs, VIP invitations, collaterals, and banners.
  • Liaise with clients to understand requirements, prepare proposals, and promote event management services to internal/external clients.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and prepare minutes of meetings.

Requirements

  • Degree with 4+ years' experience in events management, communications, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Strong planning, organising, and execution skills with creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task under pressure.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills, customer service focus, and a pleasant personality.
