Job Description
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and follow-ups
- Confidently introduce and explain product offerings
- Strive to achieve individual sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records
- Handle objections effectively and secure successful sales closures
- Contribute fresh ideas to help improve overall sales performance
Requirement
- Prior sales experience (telesales, retail, or B2B/B2C) is an advantage
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and computer systems
- Able to perform well in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
