About the role
We are seeking a dedicated service crew to join our team at the Guilin Garden Restaurant Pte. Ltd. located in the EAST Central Region. This is a full-time position, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers with menu selections, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including clearing and resetting tables
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all our guests
- Collaborating with the kitchen team and other staff to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
- Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings, as required
