Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Scoop ice cream, prepare desserts, coffee, and drinks with flair. Take orders, handle cashiering, and serve orders promptly.
  • Ingredients Mastery: Assist with daily ingredients preparations, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Cafe Ambiance: Maintain the cafe's cleanliness and contribute to its inviting atmosphere.
  • Operational Support: Ensure smooth cafe operations during opening and closing shifts.
  • Team Collaboration: Be a team player—assist other positions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Adaptability: Must be able to adapt quickly to new roles and responsibilities, including taking on additional duties without hesitation or questioning.
  • Resilience: Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during busy hours.
  • Work Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays as part of the regular schedule.
  • F&B Background: Experience in food preparation and cooking is preferred.
  • Work Schedule: Part time hours including weekends and PH
  • Shifts: Opening and closing shifts.
  • Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $11 - $12 per hour (depending on experience and OT pay).
