About the role

Pangolin Investments Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Crew to join our team in the Tampines East Region. As a Service Crew, you will be an integral part of our operations, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our Chinese and Mala cuisines.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Preparing and serving a variety of freshly baked goods and pastries
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the service counter and dining area
  • Restocking and replenishing products as needed
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and requests
  • Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
