About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Service Crew at NUOMOCHI (SG) LLP', a leading retailer in the Tampines East Region. As a Service Crew, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. What you'll be doing
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist with store operations, including merchandise stocking, display arrangement,maintaining store cleanliness and prepare mochi ingredients.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales and operational targets
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing retail trends and customer needs
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred, but not essential
