Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Admin Assistant to join our logistics team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be proficient in UBS and Xero accounting software and responsible for supporting a range of financial and administrative tasks. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates looking to start a career in accounting within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, and invoicing.
Use UBS and Xero to update ledgers, generate reports, and process transactions.
Perform scanning and digital filing of documents, invoices, and receipts.
Prepare quotations.
Handle enquiries related to refunds, overpayments, and adjustments
Assist in preparing financial reports, account statements, and audit documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Communicate with internal departments and external parties to resolve discrepancies.
Perform general administrative duties related to accounting and finance.
Requirements:
- Proficient in UBS and Xero accounting software ; no prior experience required - training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and quotation preparation is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
