As an Executive (Medical Service Operations) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Oversee Medical service operations to ensure optimal resource utilization and improved patient care outcomes.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of doctors, ensuring a strong fit for the services, and conduct routine contract reviews and evaluations.
  • Coordinate daily the service schedules, including laboratory test requests, order tracking, and receipt management.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints to uphold service quality and care standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of doctors' credentials, including SMC practicing certificates, BCLS, and medical malpractice insurance.
  • Plan and coordinate Medical Advisors' schedules and engagements for multidisciplinary reviews, home visit audits, and meetings.
  • Provide administrative and project management support for centre-based services and ad-hoc initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in business administration, Biomedical Science or healthcare related
