  • Oversee day-to-day HM operations, including doctor scheduling, onboarding, contractual reviews, payments, and records management.
  • Review and improve workflows, policies, and SOPs to enhance service efficiency and compliance (e.g. NEHR audits, claims).
  • Manage feedback and complaints related to HM services.
  • Supervise HM Admin Assistants to ensure quality service delivery and manpower coverage.
  • Lead and support HM-related projects, including workflow development, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, reporting, and grant/contract management.
  • Coordinate Medical Advisor engagements, multidisciplinary reviews, and home visit audits.
  • Organize monthly Continuing Professional Education (CPE) events and other professional activities.
  • Provide secretariat and research support for care pathways, conferences, and related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, with experience in operations, project management, or healthcare preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge in financial management, data analysis, workflow design, process improvement, service development, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
