What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Enforce compliance with safety guidelines and governmental regulations.
  • Optimize operational costs through careful budgeting and resource management.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with transport and logistics providers.
  • Plan and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and stock accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and secure contracts with public and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with company objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workflow, reduce delays, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and timely for management review.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar warehouse management or operations role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standard
