Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming goods and ensure put-away processes are effectively followed.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain strict inventory control.
  • Process shipments through various logistics channels, including air, road, and courier services.
  • Handle product returns and manage related documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform routine stock checks and promptly report any discrepancies.
  • Investigate stock variances and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and inventory management within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Provide hands-on training and support to new and existing team members.
  • Uphold quality standards in warehouse operations and physical spaces.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines and targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
  • Undertake additional duties as needed by the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse systems and technology is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of international freight processes is a plus.
  • Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Reliable time management and flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Resilience under pressure and physical fitness for demanding tasks.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Competent in using computers, including MS Office applications.
