We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations for a leading retail company. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, drives efficiency, and ensures smooth coordination across all aspects of inventory and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through proper stock control and regular cycle counts.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to retail outlets and customers.
  • Lead and support the warehouse team in maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and housekeeping.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet business needs.
  • Review and improve warehouse procedures to enhance workflow efficiency and space utilization.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
